Eulogy of Light Opening

Last Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 7pm, in the Espai Cultural Obert Les Aules, of the Diputación de Castellón de la Plana, my new Individual Exhibition was inaugurated, curated by Patricia Mir Soria and entitled “EULOGY OF LIGHT”. In it I show a selection of 20 paintings, composed of landscapes and still lifes of different formats, dates and sizes. Some of them have clear Valencian references, such as the urban landscapes of Castellón, Peñíscola and Valencia city, or the citrus fruits present in many of my still lifes.
The exhibition will remain open to the public until 8 November 2019. During this time there will be several guided tours for small groups led by the curator of the exhibition. The exhibition can be freely visited from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm.
The vernissage was presided over by the provincial deputy Lluïsa Monferrer with the curator Patricia Mir, and was attended by a very large audience. It was covered by numerous local media and was enlivened by the voice of a great and very young singer. Accompanying me in this event was, as always, my dear friend Pilar Fernández. The audience in Castellón welcomed us in the warmest way possible, so that we felt at home. Thank you all for attending.
